培养料含水量对鸡腿蘑菌丝体生长的影响

鸡腿蘑是一种野生食药用菌,具有很好的开发前景.研究鸡腿蘑的生理指标,对其进行驯化栽培有着重要的意义.本文就培养料含水量对鸡腿蘑菌丝体生长的影响作了实验性研究.实验材料:鸡腿蘑Cc1号菌种(曲师大生物系组织分离种).培养料配方:牛粪48%.粉碎豆秆50%,石灰2%,含水65%常规发酵处理,凉干备用.实验方法:用烘干法测定培养料水分,将培养料分成7组,分别调水至50%,55%,60%,62.5%,65%,75%.pH值均为7.2.将料松紧适中.高压灭菌,料袋两端接种,恒温24℃,黑暗环境中进行培养,观察记录菌
