板栗是我国栽培起源最古老的果树之一。其果营养丰富,风味甘美,不仅可以代替粮食,而且有治脾补肝,强壮身体的医疗作用,是良好的果品和木本粮食。其树寿命长,适应性广,抗旱、耐瘠薄,是适宜山区发展的极好经济树种。近年来,随着山区开发,农民致富大好形势的发展,板栗生产已引起人们的极大重视。我省板栗主要产地夏县、左权等县,正积极开展高接换种,加强管理和引种育苗产大栽培等工作。为使我省板栗生产朝着良种化、品种化的方向发展,现介绍一些北方栗的优良品种,供参考。 Chestnut is one of the oldest fruit trees in our country.
