为了满足未来深空探测任务的需求,在20cm氙离子推力器的技术基础上,对其性能进行扩展提升研究,将推力提高50%,使推力由原来的40m N提高到60m N。通过对离子推力器工作参数的分析与研究,确定了离子推力器60m N推力模式的工作参数,并进行了优化实验。结果表明:性能扩展的20cm氙离子推力器推力提高到60m N,比冲提高到3500s,效率也提高到65%,并能够在40m N和60m N二种推力模式下工作。通过对2台推力器的组合,能够实现40,60,80,100,120m N五种推力工作模式。
In order to meet the needs of future deep space exploration missions, based on the technology of 20cm xenon ion thruster, its performance is extended and studied. The thrust is increased by 50% and the thrust is increased from 40mN to 60mN. Through the analysis and research on the operating parameters of the ion thruster, the working parameters of the thrust thruster 60m N thrust mode are determined and the optimization experiments are carried out. The results show that the performance of the extended 20cm xenon ion thruster thrust to 60m N, specific impulse to 3500s, the efficiency is also increased to 65%, and can be 40m N and 60m N two thrust mode.
