水中氢氧同位素组成的时空差异性,为水循环、古气候环境反演、水源识别等研究提供了一种非常有效的技术手段。文章采用热转换元素分析同位素比质谱法(TC/EA-IRMS),实现了在线单次分析过程中同时测定微量水的δD和1δ8O,用样量仅需0.2μL;δD和1δ8O的分析精度分别为0.81‰和0.06‰。通过分类测试(δD值相差小于50‰的水样和标准水列为同一类进行测试)等措施可消除记忆效应,同时实现对测试结果的精确校正,而无需准确标定参考气和测定H3+因子。
Water and oxygen isotope composition of space-time variability, for the water cycle, paleoclimate environmental inversion, water source identification and other research provides a very effective technical means. In this paper, isotope ratio mass spectrometry (TC / EA-IRMS) was used for the simultaneous determination of δD and 1δ8O in trace water during on-line single-pass analysis. The sample volume was only 0.2μL. The analytical precision of δD and 1δ8O 0.81 ‰ and 0.06 ‰. Measures such as classification tests (water samples with δD values less than 50 ‰) are tested in the same category to eliminate memory effects and provide accurate calibration of test results without the need to accurately calibrate the reference gas and determine the H3 + factor.
