通过盆栽试验,以籼稻培杂泰丰和粳稻日本晴为供试水稻品种,研究了Cd胁迫对水稻NR(硝酸还原酶)活性、GS(谷氨酰胺合成酶)活性和可溶性蛋白质含量的影响。结果表明,Cd胁迫对水稻叶GS活性和NR活性均表现为低促高抑或抑制作用,在不同时期和不同品种间表现不同。随环境(土壤)镉浓度的上升,日本晴叶可溶性蛋白质含量呈现先上升后下降的趋势,而培杂泰丰则保持上升趋势。培杂泰丰比日本晴具有更高的Cd耐受能力。
Pot experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of Cd stress on NR (nitrate reductase) activity, GS (glutamine synthetase) activity and soluble protein content in rice cultivars, including Indica Pei Tai Tai and Japonica Nipponbare. The results showed that both Cd and GS activities and NR activities in rice leaves showed low, high, or inhibitory effects, and showed different performance at different stages and different varieties. With the increase of environment (soil) cadmium concentration, the soluble protein content of Nipponbare leaves first increased and then decreased, while Pek’ai Taifeng kept the upward trend. Pei-Tai-feng has higher Cd tolerance than Nipponbare.
