合成和表征了一种带有丹磺酰基荧光团的新荧光探针,用荧光光谱测试了它对金属离子的响应。探针的高氯酸盐晶体结构显示苯并咪唑环上的氮原子N(4)被质子化了。实验结果表明探针对Fe3+有好的选择性,并与Fe3+形成了1∶1计量比的配合物。
A new fluorescent probe with dansyl fluorophore was synthesized and characterized, and its response to metal ions was tested by fluorescence spectroscopy. The perchlorate crystal structure of the probe shows that the nitrogen atom N (4) on the benzimidazole ring is protonated. The experimental results show that the probe has a good selectivity for Fe3 + and a 1: 1 stoichiometry complex with Fe3 +.
