陈××,48岁,以腹部逐渐增大5年为主诉于1984年10月6日入院。入院前两年行“A超”检查盆部肿瘤如孕6～7月大小,压之呈实质性感,并逐渐增大。近3个月来伴月经紊乱,经期延长甚则持续十几天,经量多,挟有血块。拟诊为卵巢肿瘤。查体:BPI魂。/90。。Hg,2肖瘦,心肺(一)。腹部膨隆,腹围90火34cm,可触及如足月妊娠大小的肿物,质硬。妇检:外阴、阴道正偏J,宫颈
