目的:应用定量组织速度成像(QTVI)评价心肌梗死后心力衰竭大鼠心肌局部收缩功能。方法:70只雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组:手术4周组、手术8周组、假手术组及正常组。应用QTVI技术定量评价大鼠心肌局部收缩功能。结果:手术4周组左室前壁及室间隔的基底段、中间段、心尖段、侧壁的中间段、心尖段的收缩期峰值速度(Vs)明显小于正常组及假手术组相应室壁节段的Vs(P<0.05),而下壁基底段、中间段、心尖段、侧壁基底段的Vs与正常组及假手术组比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手术8周组第8周末大鼠左室壁所有节段的Vs小于手术4周组第4周末相应节段的Vs(P<0.05)。结论:QTVI技术能从长轴方向上准确、定量评价心力衰竭大鼠心肌局部收缩功能的改变。
Objective: To evaluate the myocardial systolic function in heart failure rats after myocardial infarction by quantitative tissue velocity imaging (QTVI). Methods: Seventy male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: operation for 4 weeks, operation for 8 weeks, sham operation and normal group. Quantitative assessment of myocardial contractile function in rats using QTVI technique. Results: The peak systolic velocity (Vs) of basilar segment, middle segment, apical segment, middle segment of apical segment and apical segment of left ventricular anterior wall and interventricular septum in 4 weeks group were significantly lower than those in normal group and sham operation group (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference in Vs between basal segment, middle segment, apical segment and basal segment of basilar segment of inferior wall compared with normal group and sham operation group (P> 0.05). The Vs of all the segments of the left ventricular wall in the 8th weekend in the 8th week of operation group was smaller than the Vs of the 4th week in the 4th week of operation group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The QTVI technique can accurately and quantitatively evaluate the changes of myocardial systolic function in heart failure rats.
