研究了B.mucilaginosus菌从软锰矿浮选脱除石英的作用,B.mucilaginosus菌对软锰矿表现出良好的选择性和回收能力。当采用十二胺为捕收剂,在pH为7时进行浮选,经B.mucilaginosus菌处理的石英被活化,而软锰矿则不受影响。结果表明,经B.mucilaginosus菌预先处理的软锰矿锰回收率较不经细菌处理的锰回收率略低,从74.70%降至73.62%。但精矿品位从17.26%提高到19.44%。红外分析和扫描电镜结果表明,浮选效果的改善不是细菌吸附在石英或者软锰矿表面造成的。通过红外分析研究了细菌代谢物如胞外多糖、蛋白和乙酸在矿物表面的吸附。
The effect of B.mucilaginosus bacteria removing quartz from pyrolusite flotation was studied. B.mucilaginosus showed good selectivity and recovery ability to pyrolusite. When dodecylamine was used as a collector, flotation was carried out at a pH of 7, quartz treated with B. mucilaginosus bacteria was activated, and pyrolusite was unaffected. The results showed that the recoveries of manganese manganese pretreated with B. mucilaginosus were slightly lower than those without bacterial treatment, from 74.70% to 73.62%. However, concentrate grade increased from 17.26% to 19.44%. Infrared analysis and scanning electron microscopy results show that the improvement of flotation effect is not caused by bacterial adsorption on the surface of quartz or pyrolusite. The adsorption of bacterial metabolites such as exopolysaccharides, proteins and acetic acid on mineral surfaces was studied by infrared analysis.
