河南省破山银矿是一大型银矿床。该矿除含银外,还伴生有金、铅、锌、硫、镉等多种有益组份。因此,选择合理的流程方案,对合理利用矿产资源和加快该矿的矿山建设具有十分重要的意义。试验以混合矿为试样,首先采用通常的优先浮选流程,把银集中选入铅精矿中,从而,获得了可满足冶炼要求的银铅精矿、硫精矿及锌精矿三种产品。为进一步提高银的回收率,又进行了混合浮选流程试验并获得了银铅锌混合精矿,银的回收率由60.27%提高到78.23%。该精矿可在密闭鼓风炉冶炼过程中分别提取铅、锌、银等金属。一、矿石性质试样是由80%的硫化矿和20%的氧化矿组成,其原矿金银和全分析见表1。
Broken Hill Silver Mine in Henan Province is a large silver deposit. In addition to the mine silver, but also associated with gold, lead, zinc, sulfur, cadmium and other beneficial components. Therefore, choosing a reasonable process plan is of great importance to the rational utilization of mineral resources and the acceleration of mine construction. In the experiment, a mixed ore was used as the sample. Firstly, silver was concentrated into the lead concentrate by the usual preferential flotation process. As a result, three kinds of silver-lead concentrates, sulfur concentrates and zinc concentrates that met the smelting requirements were obtained product. In order to further improve the recovery rate of silver, a mixed flotation process was conducted and silver-lead-zinc mixed concentrates were obtained. The recovery rate of silver increased from 60.27% to 78.23%. The concentrate in the closed blast furnace smelting process were extracted lead, zinc, silver and other metals. First, the nature of the ore sample is composed of 80% sulfide ore and 20% oxide ore composition, the ore gold and silver and the full analysis in Table 1.
