接待查档,提供利用,是档案工作面向社会的窗口,是与社会各方面联系的桥梁。搞好这项工作,除了做好档案的基础工作外,我们认为提高接待人员的素质是不可忽视的。笔者就县级档案馆接待人员需要具备的几方面素养谈点看法。1、要熟悉馆藏。这是接待人员提供利用的基本功。不熟悉馆藏的内容,不仅不能主动做好提供利用工作,也无云接待利用档案的用户。在熟悉馆藏方面,既要熟悉本馆馆藏档案,也要熟悉全县各单位档案室保管档案内容。要熟悉本馆编写的参考资料,也要熟悉各部门编印的各种资料和文件汇编。只有这样,提供利用才会得心应手。
