V_E Vo_2的变化与此类似。
Nine male youths completed five cycles of bicycle power meters of different intensities for 50 minutes with intensities of their AerT, AnT, AerT_1 and AerT_2, respectively, And between aerobic and anaerobic thresholds (AeAnT). Blood lactate, heart rate (HR), oxygen pulse (O_2p), ventilation (V_E) and oxygen consumption (Vo_2) of each subject were measured before exercise and at the 5th, 15th, , Respiratory quotient (R) and other indicators. The results showed that blood lactate reached the steady state when AnT and other five exercise intensities, but the steady level increased from less than aerobic threshold to anaerobic threshold, and anaerobic threshold was significantly higher than aerobic threshold. V_E Vo_2 is similar to this. Blood lactate accumulation rate decreased gradually with exercise time, but lactate accumulation rate was significantly higher than aerobic threshold lactate accumulation rate during anaerobic threshold exercise. Heart rate could reach steady state except anaerobic threshold intensity, The threshold heart rate was significantly higher at 30 and 50 minutes than at 5 minutes. Oxygen pulsation also showed a declining trend only at the anaerobic threshold intensity. Accordingly, we initially believe that the aerobic threshold and anaerobic threshold intensity intensity of exercise are based on aerobic metabolism, but the anaerobic threshold than the aerobic threshold exercise more oxygen-free energy, and The anaerobic threshold intensity has exceeded the optimal load of heart work for prolonged periods of sustained exercise.
