华北油田赵46井产层存在高压油气层，钻井液密度小于1．10g／cm3时即发生气侵井涌，大于1．18g／cm3时即发生井漏。通过采用管外封隔器及配套工具，优化水泥浆性能，在自由段套管使用特殊螺纹脂等措施，达到了安全下套管、优质固井和防止自由段套管丝扣泄漏的目的。
There is a high-pressure oil-gas layer in the payzone of Well Zhao 46 in Huabei Oilfield. When the density of drilling fluid is less than 1.10g / cm3, gas inrush occurs, and when it is more than 1.18g / cm3, a well leak occurs. Through the use of external packer and associated tools, to optimize the performance of the slurry in the free section of the casing using special thread grease and other measures to achieve safe casing, high-quality cementing and to prevent the free section of the casing thread leakage purposes.
