内蒙古自治区1999年开始农村牧区税费改革试点,在取得经验的基础上2002年在全区推开,三年来的工作取得了一定的成效,也存在需继续完善的方面。在此笔者就做好农村牧区税费改革,维护农村稳定发展的问题谈几点粗浅的看法。 In 1999, the pilot reform of taxes and fees in rural and pastoral areas started in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. On the basis of gaining experience, it opened in 2002 in the whole region. Some achievements have been made in the past three years and there are still aspects that need to be further improved. Here I will do a good job in rural areas pastoral tax reform, to maintain the stable development of rural areas to talk a few superficial views.
