目的建立喘可治注射液引起过敏反应的快速检测方法。方法采用1次.d 1、连续3 d静脉注射药物致敏豚鼠,第8天以ELISA法测定血清IL-4和总IgE;并与传统的腹腔注射致敏检查方法相比较。结果 3批喘可治注射液本身不引起豚鼠过敏反应,但添加1.5 g.L 1绿原酸后进行致敏第8天后豚鼠血清IL-4和总IgE均明显升高,豚鼠出现了过敏反应,时间比传统检查方法提早1~2周,且二者结果一致。结论所建立的新方法可用于快速检测喘可治注射液引起的过敏反应。
Objective To establish a rapid detection method of allergic reaction induced by Chuankezhi injection. METHODS: Guinea pigs were sensitized with intravenous drug once a day for 1 d. Serum IL-4 and total IgE were measured by ELISA method on the 8th day, and compared with the traditional method of sensitization by intraperitoneal injection. Results 3 doses of chuankezhi injection did not cause allergic reaction in guinea pigs. However, the serum IL-4 and total IgE of guinea pigs were significantly increased after 1.5gL 1 chlorogenic acid was added and sensitized. Guinea pigs developed anaphylactic reaction, 1 to 2 weeks earlier than the traditional method of examination, and the two have the same result. Conclusion The new method can be used to detect the allergic reaction caused by Chuankezhi injection rapidly.
