多层复合共挤出板材可使多层具有不同特性的物料在挤出过程中彼此复合在一起,使制品兼有几种不同材料的优良特性、节约优质原材料、降低成本,因而其应用越来越广泛。以PP/RPP/PP三层共挤出板材为例,建立了三层共挤出板材机头的几何模型,应用ICEM CFD对模型进行了网格划分,采用有限元方法对非牛顿流体在共挤出板材机头流道内的等温流动过程进行了三维数值模拟。结果表明:在导流板结束的汇合处存在“次流动”;层间界面在导流板结束的汇合处发生了一定程度的扭曲;在机头出口端面上,界面1和2均有向中间层偏移的趋势,界面2出现了黏性包围现象。
