精索静脉曲张是泌尿科男性青壮年常见病。重症者可引起阴囊肿大变形、重坠酸胀、神经衰弱、性功能障碍、男性不育症等。目前治疗多采用高位精索静脉结扎术,虽取得了一定疗效,其失败率亦占0.2～25％。我院于1984年起采用精索静脉—髂外静脉分流术治疗7例重症精索静脉曲张,经近期随访疗效满意。 Varicocele is a common urinary male young adults.
