目的研究脑梗死患者血清中肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)的动态变化、低分子肝素对其影响及临床意义。方法用双抗体夹心ELISA法测定脑梗死患者发病后24h~21d血清HGF含量的动态变化及皮下注射低分子肝素对其变化的影响。结果脑梗死患者与对照组比较在病程各时间点上血清HGF浓度均增高;梗死灶大者HGF水平高,皮下注射低分子肝素可升高血清HGF浓度。结论脑缺血后可上调HGF在大脑的表达,HGF可能参与缺血性脑损伤的病理发展及修复过程;血清HGF含量有可能成为诊断脑缺血的标志物及反映脑缺血程度的一个敏感指标;皮下注射低分子肝素可能存在抗血栓以外的其他作用。
Objective To study the dynamic changes of serum hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in patients with cerebral infarction and the effect of low molecular weight heparin on it and its clinical significance. Methods The dynamic change of serum HGF level in patients with cerebral infarction at 24h ~ 21d after onset of the disease was measured by double antibody sandwich ELISA and the effect of subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin on the changes. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of serum HGF in the patients with cerebral infarction were higher than those in the control group. The levels of HGF in the infarcted patients were higher than those in the control group. Subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin increased the concentration of serum HGF. Conclusions After cerebral ischemia, the expression of HGF in the brain can be increased. HGF may be involved in the pathological development and repair of ischemic brain injury. The serum HGF level may be a marker of cerebral ischemia and a sensitive indicator of cerebral ischemia Indicators; subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin may exist other than anti-thrombotic effect.
