新型单组分聚氨酯泡沫密封剂的制备与性能研究

以聚酯三元醇、聚醚二元醇(PTMG)和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为反应单体,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)为改性剂,三氧化二锑和2,2′-双吗啉基二乙基醚(DMDEE)为催化剂,制备了新型单组分PU(聚氨酯)泡沫密封剂。着重探讨了催化剂、发泡剂、PET、多元醇配比以及—NCO含量等对密封剂的黏度、表面硬度和拉伸强度的影响。研究结果表明:当w(发泡剂)=10%、w(PET)=40%、w(—NCO)=8%(均相对于PTMG和聚酯三元醇质量而言)、m(二元醇)∶m(三元醇)=1∶1和w(催化剂)=1%(相对于密封剂质量而言)时,相应密封剂的综合性能相对最好,其黏度为475 mPa·s、表面硬度(邵A)为81和拉伸强度为1.46 MPa。 Using polyester triol, polyether diol (PTMG) and isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) as monomers, polyethylene terephthalate (PET) as modifier, Antimony and 2,2’-bimorpholinodiethyl ether (DMDEE) as a catalyst, a new one-component PU (polyurethane) foam sealant was prepared. The effects of catalyst, foaming agent, PET, polyol ratio and -NCO content on the viscosity, surface hardness and tensile strength of the sealant were discussed emphatically. The results show that when w (blowing agent) = 10%, w (PET) = 40%, w (-NCO) = 8% (both relative to the mass of PTMG and polyester triol), m (Trihydric alcohol) = 1: 1 and w (catalyst) = 1% (with respect to the mass of the sealant), the corresponding sealant has the best overall performance with a viscosity of 475 mPa · s , Surface hardness (Shore A) of 81 and tensile strength of 1.46 MPa.
