企业文化建设的目的,是把员工自身价值的体现和企业目标的实现结合起来,最终造就成功的员工和企业。虽说没有优秀企业文化的企业也可以成长,但没有优秀企业文化的企业却难以实现可持续成长。文化解决的重点不是企业赢利不赢利的问题,文化要解决的是企业成长持续不持续的问题。农电企业具有一定的行业特殊性,职工自身具有一种优越感,照搬照抄像海尔这样大企业的文化显然不适合,只有注重积累,对企业文化建设不断地摸索,才能形成有自己特色的企业文化。
