本文主要从靖江市各职业学校收缴的调查问卷入手,对文化基础课教师与专业课教师、教师职称、“双师型”教师、职业学校师资的培养和培训等方面进行了师资现状分析,并对数据分析提出了加强职业教育师资队伍建设的对策思考。
