在金城学院图书馆的六年工作中,我作为图书馆办公室工作人员,我们提供读者服务最多的是学生读者。学生进入到大学的校园,对于我们的硬件设施如提供的多媒体设备是否足够齐全、阅览室的座位数量是否满足学习需要、电子阅览室的机器配置是否能带动大型学习软件以及馆内图书布局是否合理等。读者的要求越来越高,也促使我们在不断摸索中寻求最佳解决办法[1]。我们始终以读者满意为第一目标,尽最大努力满足读者对图书馆硬件设施的要求,以我们真诚的服务来弥补图书馆软件方面的欠缺。本文阐述了和读者沟通的重要性,分析了读者服务的功能和内容及不足。
In my six-year work at the Jincheng College Library, as a staff member of the library office, I provide the most readership service to readers. We always take the satisfaction of readers as the first goal, do our utmost to meet the reader’s requirements for the hardware facilities of the library, and make up for the lack of library software with our sincere service. This article illustrates the importance of communicating with readers, and analyzes the features and content of reader services.
