随着社会经济水平的不断上升,人们的生活质量相对提高,对于各种物质的需求也逐渐增加。草莓作为水果的一种,其果肉多汁,富含维生素、氨基酸和多糖等多种营养成分,十分受人喜爱。而在草莓的种植过程中,种植者为了保证其产量与外形,会使用农药来控制其病虫害。农药具有一定的毒性,如果直接食用,很有可能导致食用者生命消失。因此,在食用之前,人们会对草莓进行清洗,但,近几年农药残留现象相对严重化,居民食用草莓中毒事件时有发生,严重威胁着人们的身体健康与生命安全。本文针对草莓农药残留现状加以分析,就当前存在的草莓农药残留检测方式进行阐述,从中选取气相色谱法加以论述,以期望为我国草莓农药测定提供一定的帮助
With the rising social and economic level, the quality of life of people has been relatively improved, and the demand for various kinds of materials has also gradually increased. Strawberries, as a kind of fruit, succulent flesh, rich in vitamins, amino acids and polysaccharides and other nutrients, very popular. In the process of growing strawberries, growers use pesticides to control pests and diseases in order to ensure their yield and appearance. Pesticides have some toxicity, if consumed directly, it is likely to lead to the disappearance of the consumer’s life. Therefore, before eating, people will clean the strawberries. However, the phenomenon of pesticide residues is relatively serious in recent years. The occurrence of strawberry poisoning occurs frequently among residents, posing a serious threat to people’s health and life safety. In this paper, strawberry pesticide residue analysis of the status quo, the current existence of strawberry pesticide residue detection methods are elaborated, selected from the gas chromatography to be discussed in order to provide some help for the determination of strawberry pesticides in China
