烟草企业推行问责制是一项全新的探索和实践,问责制的实行,一方面促进了企业干部职工思想观念和作风的转变,提高了工作效率和执行力,另一方面,作为一项新生事物,在实施过程中,难免会出现一些新情况、新问题,以及一些不尽完善的方面。本文结合烟草基层问责工作实践,就推行问责制取得的经验及成效、存在的问题,以及如何进一步完善问责制进行了总结和思考。
The implementation of accountability by tobacco companies is a brand-new exploration and practice of accountability. On the one hand, it promotes the transformation of ideology and style of enterprise cadres and workers, and improves work efficiency and execution. On the other hand, as a New things in the implementation process, it will inevitably be some new situations, new problems, as well as some imperfect aspects. Based on the work of accountability at grassroots level, this article summarizes and reflections on the experiences and achievements in implementing the accountability system, the existing problems and how to further improve the accountability system.
