目的:建立独脚金药材的指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Dikma(Diamonsil~(TM) C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-2%甲酸水溶液系统,梯度洗脱,检测波长340nm。结果:建立了独脚金药材的HPLC指纹图谱,确立了独脚金药材指纹图谱中的8个共有峰,计算出10批独脚金药材指纹图谱的相似度。结论:所建立的HPLC指纹图谱有很好的精密度、重复性和稳定性,能够用于独脚金药材的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a fingerprint analysis method of one-legged gold medicinal materials. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of methanol-2% formic acid aqueous solution with gradient elution on a Dikma (Diamonsil TM C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography Wavelength of 340nm.RESULTS: The HPLC fingerprinting of one-legged gold medicinal materials was established and the eight common peaks in the fingerprints of one-legged gold medicinal herbs were established, and the similarity of fingerprints of ten batches of single-legged gold medicinal herbs was calculated.Conclusion: HPLC fingerprinting has good precision, repeatability and stability and can be used for the quality control of one-legged gold medicinal herbs.
