人类饮食的变革,随着社会的进步、科学的发展,人们生活水平的提高,正向着更加科学化、营养化的方向发展。当今,追求绿色食品、天然食品以及寻求新的蛋白质源,已成为世界范围的热门话题。我国也把“广辟食物来源,开发新的蛋白质源和配合饲料,发展多样化食品生产和加工技术。综合利用各种动植物资源,改善城乡居民的膳食结构”(《人民日报》1992.4.11)作为国家中长期科学技术发展的重点之一。有鉴于此,我们选择了“昆虫资源开发利用”这一命题,并组成了课题组,开展了一些研究。本课题于1992年列为江苏省商业厅指导性课题,1994年被列为江苏省教委自然科学基金课题。现将几年来的研究情况总结概述如下,兼作结题报告。
With the progress of the society, the development of science and the improvement of people’s living standards, the revolution of the human diet is moving toward a more scientific and nutritious direction. Today, the pursuit of green food, natural foods and the search for new sources of protein has become a hot topic worldwide. Our country has also “broadened access to food sources, developed new protein sources and compound feedstuffs, and developed diversified food production and processing technologies, making comprehensive use of various plant and animal resources to improve the dietary structure of urban and rural residents” (People’s Daily, 1992.4.11 ) As one of the national priorities in the development of science and technology. In view of this, we have chosen the proposition “Exploitation and Utilization of Insect Resources” and formed a research group to carry out some research. This subject was listed in 1992 as a guideline for the Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province. In 1994, it was listed as a subject of the Natural Science Foundation of Jiangsu Provincial Education Commission. Now summarize the research over the past few years are summarized below, and serve as the concluding report.
