汽缸是汽轮机的重要组成部分,蒸汽室和汽缸的焊接在汽轮机制造中,是一项关键问题,一是焊接工作量大,二是焊接质量要求严,三是要求预热,劳动条件差。这些困难吓不倒工人阶级。他们在毛主席“工人阶级必须领导一切”的指示鼓舞下,发扬“一不怕苦,二不怕死”的彻底革命精神,打破洋框框的约束,把工艺性很差的、两端有半仰焊的马鞍形横焊坡口,经过多次实践,改成直线形平焊结构(见图1),这样不仅减少了焊接量,同时焊接电流大、焊速快、操作方便。汽缸改成直线形水平焊接坡口,一方面改善了手工焊的劳动条件,提高了生产率,同时为采用自动焊创造了条件。经过多次反复实践,终于在大功率的汽缸焊接中,第一次成功的采用了自动焊。下面对汽缸焊接的一些基本工艺参数作一简单的介绍:
Cylinder is an important part of steam turbine. The welding of steam chamber and cylinder is a key issue in the manufacture of steam turbines.
