本科各专业学生开展公共选修课《经济发展与制度创新》,目的是提高各专业学生对经济生活的认识,提高他们对经济和管理知识和理论兴趣,综合运用经济学和管理学知识开展相关学科的课程学习,但如何解决非经济学和非管理学学生在学习中缺乏基础知识,导致无法有效掌握相关知识的问题是学科老师所要进行解决的问题。教师在面对非经济管理类学生进行教学时,通过有效的课堂导入手段和课堂教学方法可以有效的解决问题,使教学目标顺利达成。
