兵器工业非金属材料专业情报网第十六次网领导小组(扩大)会议于1999年10月18日～21日在湖南张家界市召开。情报网网长、五三所王建国副所长,刘立符(代表),张玉龙,宋学智等领导小组成员出席了会议。447厂、248厂、256厂、5124厂的代表参加了会议,其他副网长单位因故未参加会议。会上王建国网长讲了话。在讲话中,王建国网长强调了情报工作和情报网络组织在军品科研、生产及民品开发中的重要作用,充分肯定了专业情报网前期的工作。同时介绍了国家主管军工科研、生产的领导机构调整之后,新的国防科工委和总装备部的关系及在“十五”规划方面的
