由于锑及其化合物的工业用途日益广泛,有关锑尘、锑烟对工人的健康危害已逐渐引起人们的重视。锑在冶炼生产过程中产生的大量粉尘,可直接吸入肺组织深部造成职业性肺损害,但其有无致纤维化作用尚不十分清楚。该职业病标准的制订正在进行,为了对新标准的制定提供参考,收集国内外文献报道资料,针对锑及其化合物的致病情况进行总结,就锑的毒性、锑尘动物实验研究等方面的国内外研究概况作一综述。
