领导干部要增强同媒体打交道的能力,这是党中央在新的历史时期对领导干部提出的新要求。领导干部同媒体打交道离不开与媒体沟通,而与媒体沟通就离不开语言这个最基本、最常用的传播符号。语言是领导干部与媒体沟通和政府加强话语影响力的主要手段。分析研究和归纳总结领导干部与媒体沟通的语言艺术,对于当前领导干部学习运用语言的手段来增强同媒体打交道的能力,借助媒体与公众沟通和交流,引导社会舆论,构建政府与公众之间的和谐关系,具有一定的参考价值。
