目的探讨异位妊娠期待疗法,减轻患者生理及心理负担。方法采用期待疗法治疗32例血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)>1 000 U/L的异位妊娠患者。结果32例患者有2例因血β-HCG值明显升高且腹痛加重行急诊手术,其余30例均在严密观察下血β-HCG值下降至300 U/L以下,附件包块无明显增大,盆腔积液无明显增多,住院天数5～10 d。结论期待治疗能减轻患者痛苦及经济负担,保留了患者的输卵管,减少了手术带来的并发症。
Objective To investigate the ectopic pregnancy expectant therapy, reduce the patient’s physical and psychological burden. Methods Thirty-two patients with ectopic pregnancy who had β-HCG> 1000 U / L were treated with expectant therapy. Results In 32 patients, β-HCG decreased to below 300 U / L due to the marked increase of blood β-HCG and emergency of abdominal pain. The other 30 patients underwent close observation without significant increase Large, no significant increase in pelvic fluid, hospitalization days 5 ~ 10 d. Conclusion It is expected that treatment will reduce the suffering and financial burden of patients, retain the patient’s fallopian tubes and reduce the complications caused by the operation.
