目的:优选芒果止咳合剂的处方配比。方法:制备不同配比的芒果止咳合剂分为A、B、C组,以生理盐水为阴性对照组,采用小鼠镇咳试验法及小鼠耳廓肿胀法,以咳嗽潜伏期、每分钟咳嗽次数和耳廓肿胀度为考察指标考察各组镇咳抗炎的效果。结果:与阴性组相比,A、B、C组对小鼠咳嗽潜伏期有显著延长作用(P<0.05或0.01),对小鼠每分钟咳嗽次数有显著减少作用(P<0.01),对小鼠耳廓肿胀有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:3种配比芒果止咳合剂均有镇咳和抗炎作用,其中C组的镇咳作用最强,B组和C组的抗炎作用最强,故C组配比可作为芒果止咳合剂的最优配比。
