以ε-己内酯和1,4-丁二醇合成一定分子量的端羟基聚ε-己内酯预聚物,再与甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯在80~130℃熔融反应合成一系列的含ε-己内酯链段的聚酯-氨酯。应用核磁共振、红外光谱、差示扫描量热、扫描电子显微镜和特性粘数进行表征,测定了该聚合物薄膜的拉伸强度及断裂伸长率,显示了较好的力学性能。
Poly (ε-caprolactone) poly (ε-caprolactone) with a certain molecular weight was synthesized from ε-caprolactone and 1,4-butanediol and then melted with toluene-2,4-diisocyanate at 80 ~ 130 ℃ Of ε-caprolactone segment-containing polyester-urethane. The tensile strength and elongation at break of the polymer film were measured by NMR, FTIR, differential scanning calorimetry, scanning electron microscopy and intrinsic viscosity. The mechanical properties of the polymer film were evaluated.
