我厂82米~3高炉自1958年投产以来,即采用炉前水力冲渣法冲制水渣。由于场地限制,没有建滤水沉渣池,捞渣很困难。每日耗劳动力36名左右,而水渣流失量高达50%。今年元月我们在原有冲渣系统中加建了机械化捞渣设施一套。半年来的生产实践证明,效果良好。每班只须一名工人负责设备和现场管理,而水渣收集率高达85%以上。炉前水力冲渣及机械化捞渣设施之工艺流程如图1。
