曾诗志所坚守的古林小学是光泽县最偏远的村小之一,外地教师不愿进山,本地老师又不愿久留。曾诗志7岁那年,终于盼来了一位知青老师,村里人对这位有知识、有文化的省城老师特别敬重。从那时起,他心中就萌生了“当一位好老师”的梦想。从代课教师到正式教师,曾诗志所教的班级教学质量一直都名列全乡村小前茅。1997年 The ancient primary school which Shicheng insisted was one of the most remote villages in Guangze County.
