非成熟的树突状细胞可通过巨胞饮、受体介导的内吞及吞噬3种方式摄取外源性抗原。在富含 MHCⅡ的细胞内隔室(MIIC)中抗原被降解、加工并与 MHCⅡ结合,所形成的抗原肽-MHCⅡ复合物最终表达在细胞膜表面。经巨胞饮及吞噬两种方式摄入的抗原,还可通过胞质的TAP 依赖途径或内吞体的 TAP 非依赖途径以 MHCI 的方式提呈。CD1主要参与提呈微生物的脂类抗原,细胞内的 CD1b 也聚集在 MIIC 内,在甘露糖受体介导下摄入的脂类抗原可进入 MIIC与 CD1b 相遇。
Non-mature dendritic cells via exocytosis, receptor-mediated endocytosis and phagocytosis 3 ways to take up exogenous antigens. In MHC II-rich intracellular compartments (MIICs), the antigen is degraded, processed and bound to MHC II. The resulting antigenic peptide-MHC II complex is eventually expressed on the cell membrane surface. The macrophages and phagocytosis ingestion of the two antigens, but also through the cytoplasmic TAP-dependent pathway or endosomes TAP-independent pathway presented MHCI. CD1 is mainly involved in the presentation of microbial lipid antigens, and intracellular CD1b also accumulates in MIIC. Lipid antigens taken up by mannose receptor may enter the interface between MIIC and CD1b.
