本文对锰矿烧结中预热点火法实机应用的理由与效率进行了总结,认为预热点火工艺可以消除点火器结瘤,大幅度降低焦粉消耗,是一种简单易行、效果显著的新工艺,值得完善与推广。本文还对点火器改造与努力方向作了评价。为了解决新余钢厂锰矿烧结生产中点火器结瘤问题,降低焦粉消耗,新余钢铁厂第一烧结车间在实验室与工业性试验的基础上,确定了在烧结机上先预热后点火的点火工艺制度(以下简称预热点火法),并于1984年6月利用大修机会改造了1~#点火器。一年的生产实践表明,点火器结瘤问题基本得到解决,焦粉单耗大幅度下降。本文将对锰矿烧结预热点火法的实践进行总结与展望。
This paper summarizes the reason and efficiency of real machine application of preheating ignition method in manganese ore sintering. It is concluded that preheating ignition process can eliminate ignition nodule and greatly reduce coke consumption, which is a new and simple Technology, it is worth perfecting and promotion. This article also made a comment on the retrofit and efforts of the lighter. In order to solve the problem of nodule ignition of sinter in Xinyu Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. and reduce the coke consumption, the first sintering workshop of Xinyu Iron and Steel Plant was established on the basis of laboratory and industrial tests to determine the ignition of the ignition on the sintering machine Process system (hereinafter referred to as preheating ignition method), and in June 1984 the use of overhaul opportunities to transform the 1 ~ # igniter. One year’s production practice shows that the basic problems of igniter nodulation have been solved and the unit consumption of coke powder has dropped dramatically. This article will summarize and prospect the practice of preheating ignition of manganese ore.
