目的研制成人整体分层塑化标本提高人体塑化标本在解剖教学、科研和科普中的价值。方法利用生物塑化技术选用液态高分子多聚化合物单体为塑化剂,经过固定、漂白、脱水、真空浸胶、造型修复、固化等流程,完成成人整体分层塑化标本的制作。结果成人整体分层塑化标本在展示人体器官的形态结构和毗邻关系上具有无可比拟的优点,该项技术的推广应用具有良好社会价值和广泛的应用前景。
Objective To develop adult stratified plasticized specimens to enhance the value of human plasticized specimens in anatomical teaching, scientific research and popular science. Methods The biomedical technique was used to select the liquid polymer multi-polymer monomer as the plasticizer. The immobilization, bleaching, dehydration, vacuum dunking, shape restoration and curing process were used to complete the preparation of the adult stratified plasticized specimens. Results The results of adult stratified plasticized specimens showed unparalleled advantages in displaying the morphological structure and adjacent relationship of human organs. The popularization and application of this technique has good social value and wide application prospects.
