重视中小企业公司治理机制中人力资本产权的作用,让其参与公司决策,监督,拥有企业剩余收益权成为发展的趋势。本文通过对人力资本产权影响下的贵州省中小企业公司治理机制现状进行分析,指出当前不少企业在公司治理机制上存在着制度上的缺陷和问题,最后提出构建人力资本产权化的公司治理机制,对于完善贵州省中小企业公司治理,提高其治理水平有重要意义。
Emphasis on the role of human capital property rights in the corporate governance mechanism of SMEs, making them participate in the company’s decision-making, supervision, and possession of corporate residual earnings rights has become a trend of development. This paper analyzes the status quo of the corporate governance mechanism of SMEs in Guizhou Province under the influence of human capital property rights, points out that there are many institutional defects and problems in the corporate governance mechanism of many enterprises at present. Finally, it proposes to establish a corporate governance mechanism of ownership of human capital , Which is of great significance to improve the corporate governance of SMEs in Guizhou Province and improve their governance level.
