目的探讨初中预备班学生心理健康状况与家庭环境、个性之间的相互关系,以便有效地制定各项心理干预措施,提高学生的心理健康水平。方法采用《中学生心理健康量表》(MSSMHS)、《家庭环境量表中文版》(FES—CV)、艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)进行调查,数据采用SPSS软件分析。结果有35%的学生存在不同程度的心理问题;心理问题与家庭环境中的娱乐性和亲密性关系显著;个性特征中神经质是心理健康的危险因素。结论学生的心理健康与家庭环境及学生的个性特征关系密切。
Objective To explore the interrelationship between mental health and family environment and individuality of preparatory junior middle school students in order to make various psychological interventions and improve their mental health. Methods The questionnaires of MSSMHS, FES-CV and EPQ were used to analyze the data. SPSS software was used to analyze the data. As a result, 35% of students had different degrees of psychological problems. Psychological problems were significantly related to entertaining and intimacy in family environment. Neuroticism was a risk factor of mental health in personality traits. Conclusion Students’ mental health is closely related to family environment and personality characteristics of students.
