目的:对非户籍妇女产前保健的直接医疗费用进行调查,了解非户籍妇女产前保健经济负担,分析影响产前保健直接医疗费用的因素。方法:选取2006年7月~2007年6月单月在上海市郊某二级综合医院分娩的所有非户籍人口产妇,共475例,对所有研究对象进行统一设计的问卷调查,调查在产妇分娩后进行。结果:475例研究对象产前检查次数均数是4.25次,中位数是4次,研究对象平均产前检查直接医疗费用为897.03元,丈夫是沪籍、文化程度较高、家庭年收入较高的产妇和初产妇支付较高产前检查直接医疗费用的可能性较大,OR值分别为3.150、2.903、3.186、2.056。结论:相对于低收入的非户籍妇女来说,孕产期保健的费用仍偏高。丈夫是否沪籍、本人文化程度、家庭年收入、是否经产影响非户籍孕妇产前检查直接医疗费用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the direct medical costs of prenatal care of non-registered women, to understand the economic burden of prenatal care of non-registered women and to analyze the factors that affect the direct medical costs of prenatal care. METHODS: A total of 475 women were enrolled in this study from April 2006 to June 2007 in a single month in a secondary general hospital in the suburbs of Shanghai.
