内燃机缸内瞬时换热系数的研究可分为经典研究法和相似理论法,许多研究者提出了各自的换热系数公式。本文对在某汽油机缸盖上,通过对缸内换热系数的实验测定,与几个有代表性的换热系数公式计算值进行了比较,发现它们之间有比较大的差异。最后在对诸影响因素进行分析的基础上,归纳出了汽油机缸盖壁面局部瞬时换热系数的半经验公式。
The research of instantaneous heat transfer coefficient in internal combustion engine can be divided into classical research method and similar theoretical method. Many researchers put forward their own heat transfer coefficient formula. In this paper, on the cylinder head of a gasoline engine, through the experimental determination of the heat transfer coefficient in the cylinder, compared with the calculated value of several representative heat transfer coefficient formula, we find that there is a big difference between them. Finally, based on the analysis of the influencing factors, the semi-empirical formula for the local instantaneous heat transfer coefficient of cylinder wall of gasoline engine is summed up.
