任何不能落地到员工行为上的企业文化,无一例外都是喊口号群情激昂群情激昂——企业的生命源泉。企业要发展,就必须创新;企业要创新,员工须有创造性;员工要有创造性,前提须有积极性。员工积极性是破解企业一切发展难题的先决条件,这是“皮之不存,毛将焉附”的逻辑。员工乏有积极性,解决企业发展问题的办法再高,也是高处不胜寒。就此而论,企业管理的根本目标就是激发员工积极性,任何不以激发员工积极性为根本目标的管理方法,都是吟诗作画。
Any enterprise culture that can not be landed on employee behavior is invariably chanted slogan of excitement - the source of the enterprise’s life. Enterprises to develop, we must innovate; enterprises to be innovative, employees must be creative; employees have to be creative, the premise must be motivated. Staff enthusiasm is a prerequisite for solving all development problems for enterprises. This is the logic that “skin does not exist and that hair is attached.” Staff lack enthusiasm, to solve the problem of enterprise development approach higher, but also height above ground temperature. In this regard, the fundamental goal of business management is to motivate staff enthusiasm. Any management that is not based on the motivation of employees is the ultimate goal.
