目的:按照优选的生物转化技术对人参进行生物转化,得到全新产物人参药性菌质,并对其乙酸乙酯部位化学成分进行研究,阐明其药效物质基础。方法:利用薄层色谱、硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱、半制备液相等方法进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离得到6个化合物,分别为邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己酯)(1),邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(2),豆甾烷-5,22-二烯-3β-醇(3),β-谷甾醇(4),豆甾烷-22-烯-3,6-二酮(5),豆甾烷-3,6-二酮(6)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从人参药性菌质中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE: To bioconvert ginseng according to the optimized biotransformation technology to obtain a brand new ginseng-producing bacterium, and to study the chemical components of its ethyl acetate fraction and elucidate its pharmacodynamic basis. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by thin-layer chromatography, silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography and semi-preparative liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified according to the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results: Six compounds were isolated and identified as di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (1), dibutyl phthalate (2), stigtane-5,22-diene-3β - alcohol (3), β-sitosterol (4), stibene-22-ene-3,6-dione (5), stigmasterine-3,6-dione (6). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from the ginseng pharmacophenoids for the first time.
