目的 :本研究通过对糖尿病性黄斑水肿随机进行氪黄、氪绿激光治疗 ,探讨黄光在治疗黄斑水肿方面是否优于绿光。方法 :将 86例 (15 1只眼 )糖尿病黄斑水肿患者随机分为氪黄、氪绿激光组 ,随访时间为 3~ 17个月 ,于光凝前后进行视力、眼底、眼底荧光血管造影检查 ,比较两组在视力改善、减轻黄斑水肿及光凝所需能量方面有何异同。结果 :光凝后两组在提高视力、减轻黄斑水肿方面无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。氪黄激光治疗黄斑水肿所需平均能量为 (132 70± 39 92 )mW ;氪绿激光所需能量为 (15 3 42± 6 0 44 )mW ,两者有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :氪黄与氪绿激光在治疗糖尿病性黄斑水肿方面均有效 ,但氪黄激光与氪绿激光相比 ,只需较少能量即能达到治疗目的
OBJECTIVE: In this study, krypton yellow and krypton green laser were randomly selected for the treatment of diabetic macular edema to determine whether yellow light is superior to green light in the treatment of macular edema. Methods: 86 patients (151 eyes) with diabetic macular edema were randomly divided into krypton yellow and krypton green laser group. The follow-up time ranged from 3 to 17 months. Visual acuity, fundus and fundus fluorescein angiography were performed before and after photocoagulation. Compare the two groups in vision improvement, reduce macular edema and photocoagulation energy required for any similarities and differences. Results: There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving visual acuity and reducing macular edema after photocoagulation (P> 0.05). The average energy required for the treatment of macular edema with krypton yellow laser was (132 70 ± 39 92) mW, and the energy required for krypton green laser was (153 42 ± 6 44 44) mW, with significant difference (P <0.05 ). CONCLUSIONS: Both krypton yellow and krypton green laser are effective in the treatment of diabetic macular edema, but the krypton yellow laser and the krypton green laser can achieve the therapeutic purpose with less energy
