Type 2 diabetes is an equal risk of coronary heart disease. Endothelial dysfunction is an important pathophysiological basis for the development of cardiovascular complications of diabetes mellitus. In addition to hyperglycemia can lead to endothelial dysfunction, the fluctuation of hyperglycemia has a more obvious role, including promoting endothelial cell apoptosis, inducing oxidative stress, increasing intercellular adhesion molecule synthesis. Correct understanding of blood glucose fluctuations, evaluation and treatment may be of great significance in the study of cardiovascular complications associated with diabetes mellitus.
