目的:对不同采收期鸢尾科射干属和鸢尾属植物射干、日本鸢尾、德国鸢尾的有效活性成分进行比较分析,以确定最佳的采收期。方法:采用HPLC法对8月、9月采集的射干、日本鸢尾、德国鸢尾中射干苷、野鸢尾苷、鸢尾黄素、野鸢尾苷元、次野鸢尾黄素、白射干素进行测定。结果 :9月采集的射干和德国鸢尾中射干苷、野鸢尾苷、野鸢尾苷元、次野鸢尾黄素含量高于8月采集的样本。日本鸢尾中有效成分含量没有明显差异。结论:鸢尾科植物射干、德国鸢尾的最佳采收时间为9月。
OBJECTIVE: To compare and analyze the effective active ingredients of Shegana genus and Iris genus from different harvest periods, Iris japonicus and Iris germanica to determine the best harvesting period. Methods: The HPLC method was used to determine the contents of perilla, Japanese iris, German iris, sycamore, tectorigenin, wild tectorigenin, immature tectorigenin, and tocopherol in August and September. Results: The content of midgut glycosides, wild tectorigen, wild tectorigenin and the second wild iris collected in September were higher than those collected in August. There is no significant difference in the content of active ingredients in Japanese Iris. Conclusion: Iris plants shoot dry, the best German Iris harvest time in September.
