目的探讨临床冠高度不足的磨牙残冠的临床修复方法和效果。方法对63例患者的64颗经完善根管治疗的临床冠高度不足的磨牙残冠行根管固位嵌体冠修复,随访观察0.5~3年,评价修复效果。结果 62颗患牙经修复后固位良好,修复体无松动脱落,边缘密合,无继发龋,无牙周及根尖周病变,咀嚼功能良好,成功率96.88%,效果满意。结论根管固位嵌体冠修复临床冠高度不足的磨牙残冠可达到良好的临床效果,是恢复临床冠高度不足的磨牙残冠咀嚼功能的最佳选择之一。 Objective To investigate the method and effect of clinical repair of molars with insufficient crown height. Methods Sixty-six patients with mandibular molar crowns, whose crown height was not enough, were treated with root canopy fixation in 64 patients. Sixty-three patients were followed up for 0.5 to 3 years to evaluate the effect of restoration. Results Twenty-two of the teeth had good retention after repair. The prosthesis did not loose and fall off. There was no secondary caries, no periodontal and periapical lesions and good masticatory function. The successful rate was 96.88%, with satisfactory results. Conclusions Root canal retention inlay crown restoration of crown height of the molar residual crown can achieve good clinical effect, is to restore the clinical crown height of the molar residual crown chewing function of the best choice.
