目的了解江苏省桶装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌的污染状况,为及时发现饮用水食品安全隐患和饮用水卫生监督管理提供基础资料。方法 2013年在江苏省包括苏南、苏中、苏北不同经济发展地区的7个省辖市进行饮用水铜绿假单胞菌污染情况调查,共采集331份不同包装类型桶装饮用水,按照国家食品污染和有害因素风险监测工作手册铜绿假单胞菌检验标准操作方法进行检测。结果 331份桶装饮用水中检出34份铜绿假单胞菌阳性样品,检出率为10.3%。除常州、淮安、泰州外,其他地区均有检出,其中南京地区检出率达28.6%,并且定型包装桶装饮用水铜绿假单胞菌检出率显著高于散装/自行简易包装桶装饮用水。结论江苏省桶装饮用水存在铜绿假单胞菌污染风险隐患,相关部门应加强监督管理。
Objective To understand the pollution status of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in bottled drinking water in Jiangsu Province and provide basic information for discovering the potential safety hazard of drinking water food and the sanitary supervision and management of drinking water. Methods In 2013, a survey of Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination in drinking water was conducted in 7 provinces in different economic development areas of Jiangsu Province, including Jiangsu, Jiangsu and North Jiangsu. A total of 331 samples of bottled drinking water of different package types were collected. National Food Contamination and Hazardous Factors Risk Monitoring Manual Pseudomonas aeruginosa test standard operating methods for testing. Results A total of 34 positive samples of Pseudomonas aeruginosa were detected in 331 bottled drinking water with a detection rate of 10.3%. In addition to Changzhou, Huaian, Taizhou, other areas are detected, of which the detection rate of 28.6% in Nanjing, and stereotypes packaging bottled drinking water Pseudomonas aeruginosa detection rate was significantly higher than bulk / self-simple drum drinking water. Conclusion Bottled drinking water in Jiangsu Province has the risk of Pseudomonas aeruginosa contamination risk, and relevant departments should strengthen supervision and management.
